What You’ll Be Doing
Creating Opportunity from Nothing
You’ll research, prospect, and build a pipeline of new business across multiple industries.Owning the First Conversation
High-volume outbound calling. Smart, confident, and purposeful conversations that uncover real logistics pain points.Selling Like a Consultant, Not a Script Reader
You’ll listen first, diagnose needs, and position the right logistics solutions, not push products.Driving Deals Forward
From first call to close, you’ll manage the sales cycle with discipline, urgency, and attention to detail.Building Trust, Not Transactions
You’ll establish credibility fast and turn prospects into long-term clients.Thinking Strategically
You’ll work closely with the wider sales team to spot trends, open new markets, and sharpen our approach.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
Has sales experience, ideally in logistics, transport, or supply chain (but mindset beats CV).
Is comfortable with cold calling and understands that rejection is part of success.
Has a genuine hunger to win and hates being average.
Knows how to qualify leads, ask sharp questions, and create momentum.
Communicates clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
Is organised, disciplined, and relentless with follow-ups.
Is comfortable using CRM systems, prospecting tools, and basic tech.
